ABN AMRO final dividend for 2015
On 18 May 2016 the General Meeting of Shareholders of ABN AMRO Group N.V. approved the proposed final dividend for 2015 of EUR 414 million (EUR 0.44 per share).
Together with the interim dividend of EUR 350 million, paid out in August 2015, the total dividend for 2015 comes to EUR 764 million (EUR 0.81 per share). The final dividend will be paid out on 14 June 2016. ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Corporate Broking will also offer a dividend reinvestment program ("DRIP"), enabling holders of depositary receipts for shares to reinvest their net cash dividend in depositary receipts for shares of ABN AMRO Group N.V.
