Recommendation for new board member
Due to the forthcoming step down of Peter Ingelse as board member of Stichting Administratiekantoor Continuïteit ABN AMRO Bank (“STAK”), the STAK board is looking for a new board member.
Depository receipt holders may - in accordance with art. 3.2.1. of the STAK articles of association - recommend individuals to the board for nomination to the position of board member. Those individuals need to comply with the profile sketch (PDF) and need to be available for appointment in the first or second quarter of 2023. The period for filing recommendations ends on 24 February 2023. One can send his or her recommendation per e-mail to info@stakaab.org.
