Peter Ingelse

Mr Ingelse (1945) is a Dutch national. He was appointed a director of the Foundation (STAK AAB) on 20 July 2015. He held that position for a period of four years and will continue to form part of the board as vice chairman. Mr Ingelse received a law degree from the University of Groningen in 1968 and worked as an assistant professor at the universities of Groningen and Amsterdam from 1969 to 1978, before entering into private practice as a solicitor from 1973 to 1990.

In 1991, Mr Ingelse became a judge at the Civil Chamber of the High Court of Amsterdam. From 1993 to 2015 he functioned as an appeal judge at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, of which he was vice-president from 2001. From August 2009 until April 2015 he was president of the Enterprise Court.

Mr Ingelse has been a mediator/arbiter with ReulingSchutte in Amsterdam since September 2015. He is chairman of the Advisory Board of the Dutch Association of Mediators, member of the Advisory Board of ZIFO (Zuidas Institute for Financial Law and Corporate Law) and member of the Adviesraad van International Business Law (IBL) Master program of the VU-University. He has written and published a large number of articles on law.
